Our natural progression has been to identify another technology lead product that will assist us in delivering unique, cohesive lighting experiences that elevates both form and function. 

At Fauxlite, we believe it’s possible for all rooms and indoor spaces to be drenched in beautiful light, regardless of their aspect and access to natural daylight. The idea that our artificial skylights could open up possibilities for architects and interior designers, contributing to the wellbeing of people in those spaces and enhancing design integrity is exciting.  

Through continued research into the benefits of light on human behaviour, Scientists are starting to understand and identify the strong correlation between wellbeing, productivity and exposure to the different wavelengths of light that come from the sun at specific times of the day. This combined with the increasing number of individuals in modern society spending less and less time outside, creates a genuine need to simulate daylight exposure.

Human-Centric Lighting (HCL) is a lighting design concept that prioritizes the well-being and performance of individuals by aligning lighting with our natural circadian rhythms. Unlike traditional lighting systems that simply provide illumination.

Fauxlite has been designed to mimic the natural variations in light throughout the day, supporting our physical, emotional, and mental health.

Using supplied remote control or wifi connectivity, Fauxlite can be set to dynamically follow the sun’s natural cycle, with crisp, energising daylight in the morning, neutral clarity throughout the day, and warmer tones in the evening to support relaxation and healthy sleep patterns. It’s daylight, intelligently recreated.
